Huntington Choice Plan (TOP)
This program gives you full access to medical care from any physician or hospital within the Blue Cross Prudent Buyer network. You don’t need to select a primary care physician and you don’t need to obtain a referral to see a specialist. You maximize your benefits by using Huntington Hospital or its designated ancillary service providers. Prescription coverage is included.

Waive Medical Coverage (TOP)
If you already have medical coverage from another source, you may choose to waive medical coverage. You can chose this option if you certify, in writing, that you have medical coverage elsewhere. If you waive your medical coverage you will receive before-tax flex credits to purchase other benefits, or receive taxable cash back. Your next opportunity to enroll in a medical plan will be during the next Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualifying event
Prescription Drug Coverage (TOP)
Prescription coverage is automatically available to you if you are enrolled in one of the medical plan options. This program uses the Medco Broad National Networks.
You can have your prescription filled through
the mail service or at a participating retail pharmacy. A list
of pharmacies is available on-line
or from the Benefits department. Mail order delivery will save
you both time and money.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) (TOP)
The EAP is a confidential on-site assistance program available to all Huntington Hospital employees and dependents. It offers a range of free services such as problem assessment, short-term counseling, information about and referral to community resources and treatment programs, educational materials and follow-up.
